Information clause for clients


Dear Sirs,

performing the obligation resulting from art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (the Polish Journal of Laws  L 119/1, 4/05/2016) - hereinafter referred to as the GDPR - we would like to inform you that:
The Administrator of Customers' Personal Data is PPHU MONTERO Sebastian Kłósek Leszczyna 135, 32-733 Trzciana, Poland

Customers' personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:
implementation of the sales process and performance of concluded contracts - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 letter b and c of the GDPR
implementation of the complaint process - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR
archiving (evidence purposes) in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR
possible determination, investigation or defense against claims that are the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator - pursuant to Article 6  sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR.  
implementation of legal obligations, including storing data regarding electronic / postal correspondence for the purposes of future proceedings of authorized bodies - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 letter c of the GDPR

Customers' personal data shall be transferred to:
our associates who provide IT system management services
entities providing advisory and consulting services
entities providing courier, forwarding and postal services (in order to conduct the necessary correspondence and delivery)
personal data may be made available to entities and bodies authorized to process this data on the basis of legal provisions.

Customers' personal data shall be kept for the following period:
implementation of the sales process - for the duration of these obligations    
implementation of the complaint process - for the period necessary to achieve this goal
archival purposes - for the period necessary to achieve this goal
establishing, investigating or defending against claims - for the period necessary to achieve this goal
fulfilment of legal obligations for the period in which we can bear the consequences of non-fulfilment of the obligation.

The customer has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete or limit processing. He/She also has the right to transfer data, the right to object.

The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April  2016;


Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, however, failure to provide it shall prevent us from establishing and maintaining business relationships.

The Customer's personal data shall not be subject to processes under which automated decision-making, including profiling, would take place.
